Technical and third-party services
- Website: o2switch processes limited technical server logs required for hosting and security. After explicit consent only, a PostHog snippet hosted and ingested through European endpoints measures page views, visible sections, useful clicks, page exits, visit duration, bounce rate, scroll depth and technical Web Vitals. Autocapture, session replay and identification are disabled; health data and free-form entries are excluded. Consent can be refused or withdrawn through the footer.
- App: iCloud/CloudKit may synchronize app data when a user enables the option; StoreKit handles Apple in-app subscriptions.
- Pseudonymous app analytics: after explicit consent only, AlivencyAnalytics sends selected events to PostHog through a European endpoint. These events can cover screens opened, navigation, feature outcomes, technical failures and crash diagnostics, linked to a random identifier and never to the user’s name. The IP address is processed briefly and then discarded to infer country, region, city and approximate coordinates; GPS and the app’s Core Location permission are not used for this purpose. Medication names, OCR text, scanned prescriptions, stock levels, appointments, business identifiers and quantities are excluded. Consent can be refused or withdrawn in app settings.
- Medication information may come from official sources appropriate to supported countries, including the French public medicine database where applicable. Users must verify information with a healthcare professional.
Intellectual property
The MyMediBox name, Boxy character, interfaces, text, visuals, software and databases are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless otherwise stated, rights are held by Alivency or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, adaptation or distribution is prohibited.
Nature of the service
MyMediBox is a medication organization and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis, prescription or therapeutic decision. It never replaces advice from a doctor or pharmacist.

Data processing, analytics consent, user rights and international-transfer information are described in the MyMediBox Privacy Policy.
Consumer mediation
French consumers must first send any complaint to Alivency. The identity and contact details of the competent consumer mediator will be published before any paid consumer offer for which mediation is required.
Governing law
This notice is governed by French law, without limiting mandatory protections granted to consumers in their country or U.S. state of residence.
